The method

What is it about?

The Win Your Star game is a playful and experiential approach that offers a better understanding of oneself and one’s relationship with others. The game supports managers and leadership teams in learning about their emotions.

How is it useful?

The game helps improve communication and discover one’s personality profile.

The process saves time, energy, and provides new skills to the team.

It is an ideal tool for preventing conflicts.

Why is it effective?

SIMPLE

Our game explains the complexity of human relationships in a simple, concrete, practical, and visual way.
The theoretical concepts become accessible and understandable.

STIMULATING

The game appeals to the senses and creates pleasant emotions.

Thus, the interaction of kinesthetic, auditory, and visual stimuli activates areas of the brain that are essential for learning, memory, and anchoring.

Wrtining with pen and paper promotes the transition from implicit individual understanding to explicit collective expression.

PLAYFUL

The game engages participants’ commitment, creativity, and sensitivity. It is the ideal tool for bringing people together.

It is a professional coaching tool that belongs to the family of serious games. It is a cooperative game — there are no winners or losers.
